Wafuu! This Japanese interpretation of pasta is fun to eat, especially if you try some of the more Japanese flavors, such as the mentaiko (spicy codfish roe) or mushroom spaghetti. The spaghetti (all dishes are spaghetti) is well cooked, and while the Bolognese, Carbonara, and other Italian classics are sweeter than you may expect, think of it as Japanese-style pasta and you may find yourself craving a second helping before you leave Tokyo.
