studioghiblimuseum
The Studio Ghibli Museum was designed by the Japanese Walt Disney himself, Hayao Miyazaki, to let visitors “become lost in childhood together.” It’s a bit like walking into a Ghibili movie (innocently trippy, you’ll love it if you’re a fan) and they have cool exhibits showing how animations are made – too bad it’s all in Japanese. This 7 min YouTube video
explains the museum. Just be sure to buy your tickets online
(or at a nearby Lawsons conbini kiosk) before you get here or have your concierge do it for you – no tickets are sold here.
