It’s suprisingly hard to get on wi-fi in Tokyo (all the locals have 3G on their phones so they don’t need it). Wired Café is one of the places where you can get a signal or use their terminals, and with convenient locations in Shinjuku and Shibuya, you can upload pictures and check your email.
